All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Invoice should be produced.
If the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund.
If the product is delivered defective or damaged, in that case, customer needs to inform us through their Registered email ID and sent it to [email protected] or call us at +971 4 3522433 within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
In case, after receiving the product if we found any discrepancy by our Quality Inspection Team, we will re-ship product to the customer and in that case, customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.
Refunds will be made (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped. (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not yet shipped.
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Product Purchase under clearance sale will not be covered under Return policy.
Products sold as combo can’t be returned individually.
